I was utterly frustrated with the faulty key system. The staff was overwhelmed, leaving me feeling neglected and without any help. Additionally, the lack of a manager on duty only compounded my issues during the entire stay.

stayed at towneplace suites for one night and had an amazing experience. the customer service was top-notch, and the studio room had everything we needed, including dishes and silverware. the modern design of the building was great, and we appreciated the ample parking. plus, there were plenty of recreational opportunities nearby.

Struggled a bit with basic amenities. towels were nonexistent at the pool, and the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom was annoying. The breakfast setup felt rushed, as most selections were cleared out long before the scheduled end time, leaving little to choose from. Additionally, the beds lacked comfort, with limited and poor-quality pillows. A few practical features like a bigger trash can in the kitchenette would elevate the experience significantly.

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. I loved having a clean room with dishes and silverware, made family meals easy and cozy.

Just a good pick for a break on a long journey in Janesville with very good value for money. The outdoor seating area was nice to chill after a long drive. Bring your own towels for the pool.

exploring parks and delicious dining within walking distance

during my stay, I found the hotel to be just a few steps from the Janesville Mall for some fantastic shopping, and it was easy to take a short walk to explore Traxler Park, where I enjoyed the beautiful views and greenery.

the wifi was a bit slow. but the staff was always helpful 😊. the gym had various equipment, and the laundry facilities worked great. we also enjoyed the cozy outdoor seating area to unwind after a long day!
